What are the advantages and risks?
"DSK Stability Eurobonds 2" is a national mutual fund whose primary investment objectives are to protect the growth in value of investments - the net asset value per unit calculated as of the last business day of the "limited period" to be no less than 102% of the net asset value per unit calculated as of the last business day of the "open period", and (where possible) to grow in value above the protected amount at low risk and ensure maximum liquidity of unitholders' investments during the "open period".
Under current legislation, the Fund is a national investment fund, which is different from a collective investment scheme within the meaning of the ACISOCIUA. The fund falls into risk category 3 out of 7 (corresponds to medium-low risk).
In order to achieve the investment goals of the Fund, its activities are divided into distinct cycles, each of which includes two periods, conditionally called "open" and "limited"
The first Open Period starts on September 16, 2024, and continues until December 13, 2024, incl.
The Limited Period starts on December 14, 2024 and continues until March 12, 2027, incl.

"DSK Stability Eurobonds 2" is suitable for a wide range of investors who:

- prefer a protected increase in the value of the amount initially invested, provided that units are purchased and redeemed only during the "open period" ;
- can invest for about 2 and a half years;

The minimum investment in units of "DSK Stability Eurobonds 2" is BGN 500 per deal.
Investors should have in mind that the value of the funds’ units and the income from them may decrease, the profit is not guaranteed and they take up the risk of not recovering their investment in full. Before making a final investment decision, it is advisable for investors to familiarize themselves with the Prospectus and the Key Information Document of the respective fund.
