How do we manage the assets?

The general goals of DSK Balance are :

  • to increase the value of its unitholders investments by means of making the maximum possible income while taking moderate risk,
  • to ensure liquidity of the unitholders investments.

The investment strategy of DSK Balance envisages reception of capital gains from securities, dividend/income proceeds from equity securities, as well as current incomes from debt securities and other instruments. For the fulfillment of the investment goals active management of its portfolio of financial instruments and monetary resources shall be applied.

Regarding DSK Balance a construction of territorial and sectoral specialization of the scheme is not foreseen.

In view of achievement of DSK Balance’s investment goals the Management company shall stick to a policy of investment predominantly in liquid shares and debt financial instruments with price growth potential and in fixed income instruments.

Investors should have in mind that the value of the funds’ units and the income from them may decrease, the profit is not guaranteed and they take up the risk of not recovering their investment in full. Before making a final investment decision, it is advisable for investors to familiarize themselves with the Prospectus and the Key Information Document of the respective fund. The documents are in Bulgarian and they are available on the website of DSK Asset Management AD (www.dskam.bg), and upon request can be obtained free of charge on paper at the office of the Management Company or at the offices of the DSK Bank AD, designated as a distribution point, every working day within their working hours.
