Net asset value (NAV) and units’ prices

Net asset value (NAV) is the amount of the market value, and when there is no such value – the evaluated according the fund’s rules and regulations value or the balanced value of the equities in the portfolio of the mutual fund, the interest takings and dividends of these equities, the money funds on bank accounts and on cash and other assets, reduced with the value of all liabilities on the mutual fund’s balance, evaluated according the rules and regulations of the fund.

Net asset value per unit (NAVU) is equal to the net asset value of the mutual fund, divided on the number of the shares of the fund in currency as of the moment of the determination.

Issueprice per unit is the net asset value per one unit, increased with the emission expenses, determined in the rules and regulations of the fund.

Redemption price is the net asset value per one unit, reduced with the redemption expenses, determined in the rules and regulations of the fund.

Investors should have in mind that the value of the funds’ units and the income from them may decrease, the profit is not guaranteed and they take up the risk of not recovering their investment in full. Before making a final investment decision, it is advisable for investors to familiarize themselves with the Prospectus and the Key Information Document of the respective fund.
