TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF THE SALE AND REDEMPTION OF UNITS OF FUNDS MANAGED BY DSK ASSET MANAGEMENT AD

At a meeting held on 05.12.2025 the Management board of DSK Asset Management adopted a resolution to temporarily suspend the sale and redemption of units of the managed funds in the period 19.12.2025 - 04.01.2026 inclusive. The last orders for 2025 will be accepted on 18.12.2025 until 4:00 p.m. and will be executed at the issue price, respectively the redemption price, announced on 19.12.2025 based on the net asset value as of 18.12.2025.


Acceptance of orders for the sale and redemption of units will be resumed on 05.01.2026. Orders accepted on 05.01.2026 will be executed at the issue price, respectively the redemption price, announced on 06.01.2026 based on the net asset value as of 05.01.2026.
In accordance with the requirement of Art. 69, para. 7 of Ordinance No. 44, the issue values and redemption prices after the resumption of the redemption will be announced on the business day preceding the resumption (on 30.12.2025), and orders will not be executed at these prices.
The decision to temporarily suspend the sale and redemption of units from the funds managed by DSK Asset Management AD is taken in connection with the introduction of the euro as the official currency in the Republic of Bulgaria from January 1, 2026, the requirements of the Law on the Introduction of the Euro in the Republic of Bulgaria, as well as the Decision of the Council of Ministers for a one-time declaration of December 31, 2025 and January 2, 2026 as days of absence.

Investors should have in mind that the value of the funds’ units and the income from them may decrease, the profit is not guaranteed and they take up the risk of not recovering their investment in full. Before making a final investment decision, it is advisable for investors to familiarize themselves with the Prospectus and the Key Information Document of the respective fund. The documents are in Bulgarian and they are available on the website of DSK Asset Management AD (www.dskam.bg), and upon request can be obtained free of charge on paper at the office of the Management Company or at the offices of the DSK Bank AD, designated as a distribution point, every working day within their working hours.
