Amendment to the Rules of all funds managed by DSK Asset Management AD
By decisions of 22 May 2025, the Deputy Chairman of the Financial Supervision Commission, in charge of the Investment Supervision Department, approved changes in the rules of all funds managed by DSK Asset Management AD, which will enter into force on 02.06.2024.
The changes to the rules of the funds relate to the following:
1. Rounding of the issue value and the redemption price
When calculating the net asset value per unit, the issue value and redemption price will be rounded to the fourth decimal place.
2. Deadline for execution of purchase orders and redemption of units
The order for the purchase of units of the funds shall be executed within 7 days after the date of submission of the order. The redemption obligation is fulfilled within 10 days after the date of placing the order.
