Launch of NIF DSK Stability - European equities 4

From 25 October this year, DSK Stability - European Equities 4 has started operations in line with its main investment objectives - to protect 100% of the value of unit holders' investments and (where possible) to grow the value of investments above the protected amount while taking low to moderate risk. Under current legislation, the Fund is a national investment fund, which is different from a collective investment scheme.

In order to meet its investment objectives, the Fund's activities are conditionally divided into "open" and "limited" periods. During the open period, which will last approximately 2 months, the Fund will actively raise funds from investors. During the limited period, which will last approximately 5 years, the Fund will pursue its main objectives of providing protection for 100% of the value of unitholders' investments and the opportunity to increase the value of investments as the index(s) of European company shares rise.

The Fund will be in an "open period" of operation until 15 December this year and from the following day in a "limited" period which runs until 15 December 2028.

Investors should have in mind that the value of the funds’ units and the income from them may decrease, the profit is not guaranteed and they take up the risk of not recovering their investment in full. Before making a final investment decision, it is advisable for investors to familiarize themselves with the Prospectus and the Key Information Document of the respective fund. The documents are in Bulgarian and they are available on the website of DSK Asset Management AD (www.dskam.bg), and upon request can be obtained free of charge on paper at the office of the Management Company or at the offices of the DSK Bank AD, designated as a distribution point, every working day within their working hours.
