New investment cycle of MF "DSK Stability - European equities"

In connection with the activities of the Fund "DSK Stability - European equities", we are informing the investors that on December 22, 2015 starts the next "open period" of the Fund's investment cycle, according to its prospectus. In order to implement the investment strategy and achieve the investment objectives of the Fund, its activity is divided into separate cycles, each of them includes two periods, provisionally called "open" and "restricted". The units are sold and redeemed without interruption during the two periods, but different fee charges will be applied to investors.
Until February 29, 2016 including the applicable fees for the purchase and redemption of units will be respectively 0.30% from NAVU for purchase and 0% of NAVU for redemption of units. Investors should note that from 01.02.2016 onwards the new rules entered into force. More information can be found on www.dskam.bg
The Prospectus and the Key Investor Information of "DSK Stability - European shares" and other information are available every working day from 9:30 am. to 17:00 pm. in the office of the Company at: Sofia, "Alabin" № 36, fl. 3, in the branches of "DSK Bank" that distribute units of the Fund within their working hours and a website - www.dskam.bg Information is available in Bulgarian language.

Investors should have in mind that the value of the funds’ units and the income from them may decrease, the profit is not guaranteed and they take up the risk of not recovering their investment in full. Before making a final investment decision, it is advisable for investors to familiarize themselves with the Prospectus and the Key Information Document of the respective fund. The documents are in Bulgarian and they are available on the website of DSK Asset Management AD (www.dskam.bg), and upon request can be obtained free of charge on paper at the office of the Management Company or at the offices of the DSK Bank AD, designated as a distribution point, every working day within their working hours.
