Change in the name and rules of MF DSK Properties

With Decisions from 22.10.2019, the Financial Supervision Commission approved changes in the rules of MF DSK Properties, which come into force on 23.11.2019From that date the name of the Fund will be DSK Global Defensive Companies.
The amendments to the Fund's Rules widen its range of investments, envisaging that it invests mainly in shares of companies in the consumer goods, healthcare, utilities, telecommunications, real estate, oil and gas sectors, as well as in exchange-traded funds investing mainly in shares of companies in these sectors. The changes in the Rules were made in order to expand the Fund's investment horizons and to provide additional diversification of its portfolio, which will not lead to a change in its risk profile.
In the event that unit-holders do not agree with the changes to the Rules, they may sell their units back to the Fund in the one month period before the changes in the Rules come into force.
The approved Rules of DSK Global Defensive Companies (into force from 23.11.2019) can be found at DSK Bank offices, which distribute the units of the funds within their working hours, on the website of DSK Asset Management AD - www.dskam.bg, as well as in the office of the Management Company at: 36, Alabin Str., fl. 3, every working day from 9:30 to 17:00.

Investors should have in mind that the value of the funds’ units and the income from them may decrease, the profit is not guaranteed and they take up the risk of not recovering their investment in full. Before making a final investment decision, it is advisable for investors to familiarize themselves with the Prospectus and the Key Information Document of the respective fund. The documents are in Bulgarian and they are available on the website of DSK Asset Management AD (www.dskam.bg), and upon request can be obtained free of charge on paper at the office of the Management Company or at the offices of the DSK Bank AD, designated as a distribution point, every working day within their working hours.
